  1. Job Title: Procurement Executive

    Experience: 2–15 Years

    Department: Procurement / Supply Chain

      Job Duties in Brief:

    • Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements 

    • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers 

    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency 

    • Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and maintain procurement records 

    • Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams for material planning 

    • Track orders and ensure timely delivery to project sites 

    • Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or overstocking 

    • Conduct vendor performance evaluations and maintain strong relationships 

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures 

    • Maintain documentation for audits and reporting 

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil preferred), Supply Chain, or Commerce 

    • 2–15 years of experience in procurement, preferably in infrastructure / construction / civil projects 

    • Strong knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.) 

    • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills 

    • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar) 

    • Good communication and coordination abilities 

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in handling multiple project sites 

    • Knowledge of contract management and tendering processes 

    • Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations

    2 Job Title: Accounts Receivable & Payable Executive

    Experience: 2–15 Years

    Department: Finance & Accounts

    Job Duties in Brief:

    Accounts Receivable (AR):

    • Generate and process customer invoices and billing accurately 

    • Track incoming payments and follow up on outstanding dues 

    • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies 

    • Prepare AR aging reports and share with management 

    • Coordinate with sales team for payment collection and billing queries 

    Accounts Payable (AP):

    • Process vendor invoices and verify supporting documents 

    • Prepare and execute payments (NEFT/RTGS/cheques) 

    • Maintain vendor records and reconcile vendor statements 

    • Ensure timely payments and resolve vendor queries 

    Billing & Compliance:

    • Handle GST billing, tax calculations, and compliance (if applicable) 

    • Ensure all invoices are accurate and comply with company policies 

    • Maintain proper documentation for audits 

    General Accounting:

    • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities 

    • Maintain accounting entries in ERP/accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP)

    • Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, and accounting principles

    3. Job Title: Tenders Executive

    Department: Tendering / Business Development

    Job Duties in Breif:

    • Search and identify tender opportunities from government and private portals 

    • Review tender documents and analyze eligibility, scope, and requirements 

    • Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents 

    • Coordinate with internal departments (finance, legal, operations) for required inputs 

    • Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), costing, and pricing details 

    • Ensure timely submission of tenders via online/offline platforms 

    • Maintain records of submitted tenders and track their status 

    • Handle tender documentation, EMD, tender fees, and compliance requirements 

    • Respond to client queries, clarifications, and follow-ups 

    • Participate in pre-bid meetings and prepare necessary reports 

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    4. Job Title: Banking Executive

    JOB Duties in Brief:

    • Manage day-to-day banking transactions including payments, receipts, and fund transfers 

    • Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly 

    • Handle online banking activities such as NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and cheque processing 

    • Coordinate with banks for account opening, KYC updates, and documentation 

    • Assist in loan processing, bank guarantees, and letter of credit (LC) documentation 

    • Monitor cash flow and maintain proper fund management 

    • Track and reconcile all bank-related entries in accounting software 

    • Liaise with internal teams and external auditors for banking-related queries
